New Mobilehome And Special Occupancy (R.V.) Park Construction Requirements

The following pages contain information designed to assist in obtaining construction permits when developing a new mobilehome park, or special occupancy park or constructing additional spaces and/or facilities within an existing park.

3. Permanent Buildings
   1. Permanent buildings must be on a separate set of plans.
   2. Permanent building must comply with California Code of Regulations, Title 25, Article 8, commencing with Section 1380.
4. Swimming Pools
   • Public swimming pools constructed within a park shall comply with the requirements of California Code of Regulations, Title 17.
