Registration And Titling
Program Activities
- The Program maintains records and files which establish the existence and ownership of manufactured homes, mobilehomes, commercial coaches, floating homes, and slide-in campers. As changes of ownership or registration are reported to the Program, the automated files are updated to reflect the new information and the appropriate titling or registration documents are produced and mailed to the owners. The initial reporting documents are then imaged as permanent history records.
Current status information is provided to the public upon request and payment of a fee at either the headquarters or local offices. Automated file records are also provided to county assessors and "bulk record" requestors through automated means.
