Construction oversight and monitoring activities, including video recording of construction work, quality control manuals, and quality control inspections.
Eligible Applicants
Applicants must be receiving financing from other HCD of CalHFA programs.
Application Process
HCD expects to issue a funding announcement at the end of 2008. It is anticipated that funds will be offered through an over–the–counter process, rather than a competition.
