EHAP Designated Local Boards (DLBs)

Emergency Housing and Assistance Program – Operating Facility Grants (EHAP)

Assistance Type

EHAP Regulation 7951 permits the Department to designate local Boards to solicit, review, and recommend applications for EHAP funding in their region. Designated Local Boards (DLBs) can be certified to distribute funds for EHAP Operating Facilities Grants and to establish local capital development priorities, which the Department will use to rate EHAP Capital Development Deferred Loan (EHAPCD) applications.

Please refer to the attached "EHAP Counties with DLBs" list below showing which counties have Designated Local Boards (DLBs). If your county appears on this list, contact the DLB staff to receive information about the current application process, eligible activities, and/or DLB funding priorities.
