Boulevard Apartments – Supportive Housing - Petaluma
Boulevard Apartments provides permanent housing for 14 low-income individuals with mental disabilities who are at risk of homelessness. The project is a 15-unit new construction project that is located in Petaluma.
Vida Nueva – Supportive Housing Project, Rohnert Park, CA
Vida Nueva is a new construction project on a 1.83 acre site in Rohnert Park, Sonoma County proposed by Burbank Housing Development Corporation (BHDC) and Community Housing Development Corporation of Santa Rosa (CHDC/SR). The project includes three two-story buildings comprised of 24 units (including one manager's two-bedroom unit) and a one-story community building.
Colgan Meadows
Colgan Meadows is a proposed new multifamily affordable housing development in southwest Santa Rosa. The project consists of 84 units, including ten units of Joe Serna Housing Grant units.
The Cove
The Cove Apartments project consists of the acquisition and rehabilitation of 20 apartment units which will house a tenant population which is chronically homeless with severe mental illness. The two-story building contains 12 studio units and 8 one-bedroom units.
Diamond
This project is a new construction in the City of Anaheim. It involves 25 units of affordable housing, 24 of which are rented to the target population of chronically homeless and severely mentally ill, with a household income not exceeding 30% of Area Median Income (AMI).
Alturas Meadows
Alturas Meadows Apartments is a 4.46 acre site located in Alturas, Modoc County. The project was proposed by Highland Property Development, LLC and Hearthstone Housing Foundation who was awarded $1,676,600 from HCD.
Chico Courtyards
Chico Courtyards, located in Butte County, is a 4.61 acre site that has 5 2-story residential buildings with 76 total units. The project was proposed by Roope, LLC., and was awarded by the California Department of Housing and Community Development (Department) $3,798,533 Multifamily Housing Program (MHP) funds.
