Boulevard Apartments – Supportive Housing - Petaluma

Boulevard Apartments provides permanent housing for 14 low-income individuals with mental disabilities who are at risk of homelessness. The project is a 15-unit new construction project that is located in Petaluma. The development consists of three 2-story residential buildings in contemporary design with trellis enhancements, overhanging eaves, balconies, individual patios, a common patio near the community room, laundry area, and a large garden area. The gross building square footage is 10,652 square feet. The Sponsor in collaboration with the Counties of Napa and Sonoma Department of Health Services provides supportive services, independent living skills training, and social/recreational activities to residents in the building. The project is aimed at housing individuals who need extensive supportive services to maintain independent living. The project is financed with a HUD 811 capital advance grant, other State, Local funds, and Sponsor equity.
