The units are restricted to occupancy and affordability at 30 percent to 50 percent Area Median Income (AMI). Nine of the units are reserved for serving Supportive Housing Populations targeting Households which are Homeless or At-Risk of homelessness with Mental Illness or Chronic Substance Abuse at 30 percent AMI. Seven of the units are reserved for Special Needs Populations (SNP) targeting households with Mental Illness, Single Parents, or Chronic Substance Abuse at 30 to 40 percent AMI. Seven of the units are reserved for low income households at 40 to 50 percent AMI. Committee on the Shelterless is the primary supportive services provider, and Burbank Housing Management Corporation is the property manager. The project has close proximity to basic services and amenities, such as schools and a job center.
