The Future of Infill Housing in California: Opportunities, Potential, Feasibility and Demand
The California Infill Parcel Locator is no longer active. The site was developed for a California Statewide Infill Study conducted at the Institute for Urban and Regional Development (IURD) at UC Berkeley. The research project took place during 2004 and 2005, with Professor John Landis as the principal investigator. The study was sponsored by the California Business, Transportation, and Housing Agency, with Caltrans and the Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) serving as project associates. The site was funded by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), State Research and Planning Program, and the State of California, Department of Transportation. Questions regarding the project can be made to the Center for Community Innovation by email cci@berkeley.edu or by phone (510) 643-7553.
