What Is the California Infill Parcel Locator?

This site is a tool for pinpointing potential 'infill' sites throughout the state of California. Infill parcels may provide additional development opportunities.

California Infill Parcel Locator

This site was developed for a California Statewide Infill Study conducted at the Institute for Urban and Regional Development (IURD) at UC Berkeley. This research project took place during 2004 and 2005, with Professor John Landis as the principal investigator. The study was sponsored by the California Business, Transportation, and Housing Agency, with Caltrans and the Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) serving as project associates. This site was funded by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), State Research and Planning Program, and the State of California, Department of Transportation. This project welcomes comments about the site and how it could be improved on the Feedback page. Questions regarding the website can be emailed to CAinfill@berkeley.edu or called into (510) 643-7553.
