Linking People with Services and Opportunity

The City of San Diego hosted a Coordinated Street Outreach Program C.A.R.E. event today, which brings resources and services to the communities that need them most. People experiencing homelessness are provided with access to essential documents such as IDs and social security cards and important services including case management, behavioral health treatment, and healthcare referrals. These coordinated events offer the opportunity to help unhoused individuals receive the support they need to obtain and maintain housing stability and thrive.
