ReCoverCA Single-Family Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Program
The ReCoverCA program helps eligible homeowners repair or rebuild homes damaged by the severe storms from February through July of 2023 and January 2024.

Eligible Disasters
February – July 2023 storms:
Monterey County; San Benito County; Santa Cruz County; Tulare County; Tuolumne County; Hoopa Valley Indian Reservation
January 2024 storms:
San Diego County
If your home was damaged during these storms, this program may help you return to a safe, stable home. You may also be reimbursed for certain repair or rebuilding costs that you already paid, if the work meets program requirements.

Apply Early – Funding Is Limited
Applications may be prioritized by need and eligibility. Priority may be given to owner-occupant households with:
- Income at or below 80% AMI
- Older adults
- People with disabilities
