Once you Begin

  • You have 30 days to complete and submit your application once you start
  • Program staff will contact you to help you finish
  • If you do not submit within 30 days, your application may be withdrawn

After you Apply

  • You will be assigned a case manager who will help guide you through the process
  • You must respond to requests for information to stay in the program
  • You must stop repair work while the program completes required environmental reviews

  8. Contract & Permitting Process – 90-180 days
  9. In Construction – 90-180 days
  10. Construction complete
  11. Key Turnover
  12. Reimbursement for Rehabilitation applicants, if applicable.
