Ray suffered from trauma and addiction and experienced homelessness. He and his daughter are now happy and thankful in their new home at Star View Court in San Francisco. Star View Courts was supported by HCD’s Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities Program, jointly administered by the California Strategic Growth Council.
