Permanent Supportive Homes for Survivors of Gender-based Violence Breaks Ground

Rosa’s Place in Los Angeles will provide 97 new permanent supportive homes for survivors of gender-based violence who are exiting homelessness. Rosa’s Place was supported by HCD’s Infill Infrastructure Grant Program and the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities Program, jointly administered by HCD and the Strategic Growth Council.
