A Place to be Safe: Spotlight on Stacy

At the age of 51, Stacy experienced homelessness for nine months. She now has a home at HCD-funded Northstar Courts. Northstar Courts was funded by HCD’s No Place Like Home and Joe Serna, Jr. Farmworker Housing Grant programs.
