HUD has issued a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) which appropriates $235 million in competitive grant funding for the preservation and revitalization of manufactured housing and eligible manufactured housing communities. The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) is applying for the maximum award of $75 million on behalf of the State of California.
