ERF Fiscal Data Dashboard

The Encampment Resolution Fund (ERF) Fiscal Data Dashboard below reflects the fiscal progress of grantees on their ERF awards. Each grantee must submit quarterly reports that require them to self-report total obligations and expenditures against their ERF awards. These reports are cumulative and represent all fiscal activity within each round of ERF. Additionally, grantees are asked to break out their obligations and expenditures based on eligible uses that are detailed in statute.

Access To Public Records

Any person has the right to access public records maintained by government agencies, including the Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD).

As the Legislature stated in enacting the California Public Records Act, "access to information concerning the conduct of the people's business is a fundamental and necessary right of every person in this state." HCD's access to public records rest on that principle.
