Reporting and Compliance
Annual Reuse Report (XLSX) must be submitted annually each year by July 30 for the 20-year Monitoring Agreement term with HCD. The Annual Reuse Report reports all activities from that previous fiscal year (July 1 – June 30). The report shall be submitted electronically to calhomereports@hcd.ca.gov.
CalHome Quarterly and Annual Status Report (XLSM) must be completed quarterly and submitted to calhomereports@hcd.ca.gov.
