Timeline
Tier 1 applications are no longer accepted.
Tier 2 applications will be accepted beginning March 8th, 2022, and ending April 8th, 2022.
Application materials for Tier 2 projects must be submitted electronically via the application portal on the Department’s website no later than 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on April 8th, 2022.
Specific submittal instructions will be included in the application form, which is expected to be available on the California Housing Accelerator webpage by March 8th, 2022.
