Encampment Resolution Funding (ERF) Program
ERF is a competitive grant program available to assist local jurisdictions to provide services and supports to people experiencing homelessness in encampments that results in meaningful paths to safe and stable housing. Eligible applicants include counties, Continuums of Care (CoCs), and cities of any size.

Mitigation Planning and Public Services (MIT-PPS) funds help local governments and nonprofits in impacted areas provide much-needed services after disasters and to better prepare their communities for future disasters.

Eligibility
Eligible Projects
To be eligible for the 2023/2024 DR-MHP funds, the proposed project must be located in one of these counties:
- Tuolumne
- Tulare
- San Benito
- San Diego
- Monterey
- Santa Cruz
Additionally, the proposed project must fulfill all the items listed under Section 2.3 of the 2024 DR-MHP Program Policies and Procedures, located under the Resources tab.
Disaster Recovery Multifamily Housing Program (DR-MHP)
DR-MHP works with developers in areas impacted by disasters, helping to build multifamily housing projects and generate crucial affordable housing units with CDBG-DR funds.
