The FWHGH program helps fund new construction, acquisition, and rehabilitation of owner-occupied  single family homes for agricultural workers, with a priority given to lower income households.

Financial assistance is available as deferred-payment loans for acquisition of newly constructed single family homes in USDA approved rural areas, owner occupied rehabilitation, and grants for acquisition of new single-family manufactured homes.

Reporting and Compliance

Serna Annual Reuse Report (XLSX) must be submitted annually by July 31st during the 20-year term of the Monitoring Agreement. Annual Reuse Reporting includes all activity funded with Reuse Funds from the previous fiscal year (July 1st - June 30th). Reports shall be submitted via email to sernasfsgm@hcd.ca.gov.

Serna Quarterly and Annual Status Report (XLSM) must be completed quarterly and submitted to sernasfsgm@hcd.ca.gov.
