On October 1, 2026, One Door (formerly HCD Connect) went live. One Door is the new central contract management portal for HCD staff, applicants, jurisdictions, and the public. One Door replaces Cognito, enabling internal and external stakeholders to effectively track, monitor, and report contract information. The new system currently supports contract reporting, budget change requests, and review of fiscal records and outcomes reporting.
