Round 2 Applications

HHAP Round 2 applications, including an application narrative, expenditure and funding plans, a local investment plan, and racial demographic data, are provided below. Eligible applicants had the option to apply jointly with and redirect their HHAP program allocation to another eligible applicant in the region. The list of eligible applicants below indicates jurisdictions that redirected their allocations and applied jointly with another applicant.

Please note that the applications below reflect the initial funding plans for these jurisdictions’ HHAP 2 allocations. These funding plans may change with Cal ICH HCD approval in response to a number of local factors, including but not limited to the availability of other funding, the COVID-19 pandemic, and wildfires. If you have any questions about these applications or current funding plans, please contact the local applicants directly.
